Who we are
solaraiflow.com is operated by Retap Media LLC ("Retap Media," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company. We provide follow-up, appointment-booking, and database-reactivation services to solar installation companies under the product name The Solar Appointment Engine. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information on this site and in the course of providing our services. Information we collect
- Information you give us directly — name, company name, email address, and phone number when you request a database audit, book a call, call us, or email us.
- Booking details — appointment times and the answers you provide on booking forms, including the lead-volume and revenue figures you choose to share for your audit.
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs from our hosting provider. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics pixels on this site.
Text messaging (SMS) — consent and use
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from Retap Media, we may send you messages related to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and follow-ups about our services. All phone numbers and SMS consent are collected with express opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact preston@retapmedia.com.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services strictly as needed to deliver messages.
Information we handle for our clients
When a solar company engages us, we process contact records from that company's own customer relationship management system in order to run reactivation and follow-up campaigns on their behalf. In that work the client is the owner of the data and we act on their instructions. We message only first-party contacts who gave that company their information directly; we do not purchase, rent, or message third-party lead lists. Opt-out requests are honored immediately in any reasonable wording, and the full consent and message log belongs to the client. If you received a message from a campaign we operate and want your information removed, reply STOP to that message or email us and we will suppress it.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, run requested database audits, and schedule and confirm appointments.
- To provide, operate, and improve our services.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations, including consent and opt-out records.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who operate our systems (for example, our CRM, scheduling, telephone, and email platforms), strictly to deliver the services described above, and where required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep contact records, consent records, and message logs for as long as needed to provide services and satisfy legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security controls, and we limit access to those who need it.

- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop emails.
- Email preston@retapmedia.com to access, correct, or delete your information.
Changes
